Essay

The dissertation is devoted to a problem of increase of efficiency of complex treatment of children with inherit cleft palate of the by application of polypeptide preparation dalargin on preclinical and in early the postoperative period. The use in complex treatment of the preparation has allowed to improve parameters of oxidation and, as a result to stimulate a part of antioxidant protection. Under the influence of dalargin there epitelization occurred, observed strengthened the activation of processes colagenolisisis, that positively has affected quality of healing of the postoperative wound, has allowed to improve the cones or postoperative period and to lower quantity of complications in 2 times. After operative intervention in process of reparative regeneration in children with inherent crevices of the palate the pliability of a fabric in the field of an output of vascular-nervous bunches has decreased twice.
