The dissertation is dedicated to the development of international technology transfer conception and to the modernization of statistic monitoring and analysis of this process in Ukraine. With the purpose of solution of Ukraine statistic problem of harmonization of statistic data in of international technology transfer with the information of developed countries. With using of world standards in the fields of science and technological statistics the new form of state accounting for supervision for international license agreement was elaborated. Recommendations of statistic monitoring and analysis of international technology transfer were laborated.
