The dissertation investigates the issues of geoeconomic transformations in the Central-East region of Europe in the context of the national priorities of Ukraine. The experience of the Central-East European countries in providing structural reforms that is important to Ukraine while optimizing macroeconomic regulation. The concrete propositions on institutional policies, realization of export-import, cooperative, technology, investment and transregional forms of cooperation of Ukraine with the Central-East European countries are made.
