The problems of overhead power transmission lines reconstruction and the estimation and monitoring of wind, ice and ice with wind loads have been considered. Structural optimization of overhead transmission line towers and principles of maintenance and exploitation for overhead lines have been took into consideration. The principles of technical conditions for overhead transmission line may be estimated what provides a possibility for regular maintenance and safety operation of these structures for all operation term.
