Essay

Object of research: patients with primary inoperatable lung cancer. Coal of research: to improve immediate and distant results of treatment of patients with unoperatable primary lung cancer on the basis of toxic reduction of chemotherapy but keeping drug's effectiveness. Methods and equipment of research: clinical, laboratory, x-ray, endoscopic methods; questioning patients: method of patients life-span after treatment. Theoretical results and novelty: a scheme of endolymphatic polychemotherapy was made. It allows to improve both immediate and distant treatment results. It was proved that direct long-term endolymphatic polychemotherapy improves immediate and distant treatment results, decrease toxic effect of chemotherapy without their total dose reduction. Practical results and novelty: for the first time direct long-term endolymphatic polychemotherapy was applied for the treatment of patients with unoperatable primary lung cancer. Subject and degree of the method's introduction inmedical practice: direct long-term endolymphatic polychemotherapy of patients with primery unoperatable lung cancer was introduced in medical practice. Effectiveness of introduction: patients' life is increase for more than 7 months after endolymphatic polychemotherapy. Areas of usage: oncological hospitals, clinics, educational institutions.
