Essay

The Dissertation is devoted to the complex research of Spain policy in relation to Gibraltar in 1963 - 1985. History of the problem, factors which influenced on the process of forming and making of Spanish policy is being examined. The special attention has been paid to the part played by international organizations: UN, NATO and EU in the process of decision of the Gibraltar problem. The different aspects of problem: political, law and economical has been investigated. The researcher came to conclusion that Spanish makers of policy, used this problem to find decisions for other political problems, like internal and external.
