The dissertation is the research of the problem of ontological status of universalies in philosophical mind of The High and late classics, Patristsics and Early Scolasticism. Oh the basis of analysis the axioms of philosophical outlook in ontology of Antiquity and Middle Ages was defined one from the probable ways of the historic-philosophical reconstruction the veins of the that time philosophers to the problem of the single and general. It was disclosed, that the division of the representatives of Early Scolasticism into realists and nominalists is the deficient and has rather conditional character. The key points of the philosophical discussion on the problem of universalies in occidental philosophy of the XI-XII centuries were defined in the thesis.
