Roschin A. The non-verbal diagnostic of schizotypal disorders

During examination with the help of clinical - psychopathological, patopsychological and physiognomico-ethological methods, the diagnostic criteri of schizotypal disordes have been specified. According to the manifestations basic syndromes, menitestatiors 7 forms of disease have been defined: anancasthic, hysteroneurotic, obsessive-senestopatic, depersonalised, paranoidal, explosive, simple. The basis stages of schizotypal disorder developmert are conditionails chosen: the hese of neurosis the manifestations forms, predominenthy psychogenic or predominanthy endogenic psychopathy - borderline conditions. During comparison of non-verbal menifestations in three explored groups, based on variance analysis, distinctive signs for schizotypal disorder heve been choosen. Further symptomspecific, syndromospecific, and nosospecific non-verbal signs of such pathology have been chosen, based on analysis of correlation between different clinical-psychopathological and physiognomical-ethological manifestations. Basing information from stated signs, the procedure of behavioral correction have been developed, which has allowed to achieve enriching efficiercy of rehabilitational activities for schizotypal disorder patients.
