Essay

Theoretical considerations have showed the existence of serious worldwide educational crisis, which has contributed to establishing many contemporary educating the teacher's conceptions. However none of these conceptions has determined the model of Polish education of engineers-educators. That model is characterized by many imperfections both in organizing educational process, applied methods and their content. A lot of these imperfections, as historical records showed, are present in educating the personnel since the beginning of establishing the model. Effective modernization of that process is very difficult because of different conditions. In this particular essay there has been stated that the most important factors of future changes and their direction. They are the following: economical development of the country, worldwide educational changes and reformation movements, technical and science revolution, computer studies era, achievements in humanistic studies, demographic phenomena and globalization and integration process.
