Kruglov O. Proving process and evidences on the cases of administrative offences of office holders.

The object of the thesis is social relations that have been formed in the sphere of making administrative jurisdiction in the office holders administratively responsible. The aim is to define, on the basis of the analysis of scientific views, effective legislation of Ukraine and the practice of its enforcement, the peculiarities of acquiring, investiga-tion and estimation evidence in cases on administrative infraction of office holders, and to elaborate proposals and recommendations im-proving legal regulation of this sphere. The methods are: statistical and sociological, the method of deduction, logical-semantically, his-torical, epistemological and the method of comparative jurispru-dence. The novelty of the thesis lies in the fact that it is the first at-tempt to research into the process of acquiring, investigation and es-timation evidence in cases on administrative infractions of official holders. The results of the thesis can be used in the spheres of re-search, legislation, teaching and law-enforcement.
