Sinkevich O. Norms of Constitutional Law of Ukraine.

The dissertation is devoted to study of certain problems of Constitutional legal norms as an integral part of the system of Ukrainian Constitutional law, to analysis and review of fundamental principles and controversial issues of this particular subject. This dissertation also touches upon the legal nature of Constitutional law norms of Ukraine as well as their correlation with other legal and social norms. Procceding from the established characteristics of Constitutional legal norms and taking into consideration the experience of Constitutional development in the independent Ukraine, the author offers her own definition of Constitutional law norms in Ukraine; analyses their structure, gives their classification, defines the system of Ukrainian Constitutional law norms and determines their functions. The work also contains newly formulated concepts and reasonable suggestions on further improvements in the institute of President of Ukraine in the light of Ukraine's transition towards parliamentary-presidential republicanism.
