Mudra O. Constitutional status of the empowered subjects of legislative initiative

The thesis contains a number of theoretical and applied problems, connected with activities of the empowered subjects of legislative initiative. The thesis provides general characteristics of the legislative initiative right; considers contents and main points of the realization stage of the legislative initiative right; defines and outlines ways for solution of problematic issues, connected with definition of the empowered subjects of legislative initiative and realization of the legistative right by them. The author suggests legal definition for the right of legislative initiative , empowered subjects of legislative initiative, system of legal standard acts which regulate legislative initiative right; proves the nessecity to broaden the circle of the empowered subjects of legislative initiative by constitutional means, reveals the grounds of realization forms of the legislative initiative right, rights and obligations of the President of Ukraine, people's deputies of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the National Bank of Ukraine as subjects of corresponding right. According to the results received in the process of the thesis reserch scientific provisions were formulated and definite propositions were expressed, directed to improvement and concrete definition of legislative initiative subjects' status, and broadening of such subjects circle.
