Law on information and problems of its realization in the constitutional legal aspect are investigated in the dissertation; the place of this right in the system of constitutional rights in Ukraine and the nature of this right are opened. The historical review of the legislative regulation of the right on information in the different countries is given. The proposals concerning improvement and making precise such common concepts as information, the right on information, the Internet are made. The concept, the content, the structure and the possible limitations of the constitutional right on information in Ukraine are analyzed. The question of development of the Internet and its legislative regulation in connection with realization of the right on information is considered. The comparative analysis of the legislative regulation and the guarantees of realization of the right on information in the countries of the precedental and the continental legal system and in the countries of the Union of Independent States is carried out.
