Thesis is denoted to the research on the actual problems of historical, theoretical and practical character, connected with the elaboration of methods of crime prevention in the official activity sphere, committed by the militia workers. The dissertation includes the analysis of level, structure of dynamics, latention of crimes in the official activity, committed by the militia workers. The author gives the definition of malfeasanse of militia workers. The author pays attention to the specificity of features, conditions and motives of these crimes. The author suggests the theoretical and practical basis of malfeasanse, committed by the militia workers and proposes improvement of crime prevention.
