Essay

A new approach to solve scientific and practical task of increasing of effectiveness of treating patients with alimentary-constitual obesety (ACO) with arterial hypertension by UDT combined with vitamine E is proposed in dissertation. Reseach trial includes the estimating of clinical effectiveness and influence of this method on biochemical and lipid blood parameters, numbers of lipid peroxidation, system of antioxydant defense of the organism (ADO), hemostasis, platelets morfofunctional structure. The efficacy of UDT combined with vit. E in treatment of patients with ACO and AH was proved. This method contributes to disappearing of clinico-laboratory signs of disease, normalizes lipids metabolism, eradicate disbalanse in oxydant-antioxydant system.
