The dissertation is one of the first scientific researches of criminal low and criminological aspects of fight with juvenile involving in the criminal and some other kind of anti - social activity in Ukraine, which is based on the new Criminal Code of Ukraine. The researches are based on the modern criminology and criminal and legal theory and practice of fight with the juvenile involving achievements.
