the object - patients, the manufacturing of unit-cast fixed prostheses with a bearing on alive dens is necessary for which one; the aims increase of efficiency local injection of an anaesthesia at preparing dens under unit-cast fixed designs it is ground minings the differentiated schemes of an anaesthesia and клинико-laboratory estimation of their efficiency; the methods - clinical, rengenology, laboratory, instrument, statistical; the new it was found that an infiltration anesthesia with any usually used anesthetics ensures an effective anesthesia which meets the demands of orthopedic interference; the outcomes - a scheme of the choice of the methods of local injection anesthesia which takes into consideration the feature of interference at a clinic of orthopedic stomatology was proposed.
