Тhe object - ill with a pulpitis and periodontitis by age from 18 till 50 years; the aims to increase of efficiency endodontic of treatment by improved preparing of root channels of dens with usage sound and ultrasonic endodonticof systems; the methods - clinical,rengenology, rengenology microanalysis, experimental, statistical; the new is resolved a problem of increase of efficiency endodontic of treatment by complex improved preparing of root channels with differentiated usage vibrational endodontic of systems; the outcomes - guidelines concerning optimization of stages of preparing of root channels of dens with allowance for anatomo-topography of features of dens, nosology of diseases and preventive maintenance of probable complications are designed.
