Essay

The Thesis covers a complex of theoretical and practical issues related to analysis of contents, main points and juridical nature of criminal law provisions as to liability for fraud, conception of other's property larceny, deceit, and breach of trust. The historical development of the anti-fraud law is traced, corpus delicti and qualified types of fraud are examined. The Thesis emphasizes the problem issues related to the dissociation of fraud and adjacent components of the crimes; this differentiation can support the criminal law policy in the struggle against fraud.
