Essay

The object is oropharyngeal cancer. The aims are to increase efficiency of the combined treatment in patients with oropharyngeal cancer. The methods of research are clinical, morphological, modified intraarterial selective polychemotherapy. The new approach - the modified technique of intraarterial selective polychemotherapy is developed, features of blood supply of tumours of oropharynx are investigated, selectivity of infusion cytostatix is increased, circuit PBMF with simultaneous hyperglycemy is used. Results – efficiency of the combined treatment of patients is increased, duration of a rate and a doze of chemopreparations are reduced The field of application is medicine
