The isothermal sections (470 K) of the phase diagrams of Zr-Li-{Al,Si,Ge,Sn,Pb} and Zr-Li-In (30-100 аt. % Li) ternary systems were built by X-ray phase and partly by microstructure analysis. The Zr-Li-Ga system was studied with the purpose of search of isostructural ternary compounds. 15 new ternary compounds were found and their crystal structure was determined. The wide homogeneity region is observed only for the Zr5-xLix+yAl3 (x = 0,2-1,0; y = 0-1) compound. The crystal structures of these compounds belong to 10 structure types, two of them Zr4Li1,38Si4 and Zr2-xLix+ySi1-y (x = 0,17; y = 0,12) are new. The existence of the solid solutions on the base Zr5Ge3 and Zr5Sn3 binary compounds (Mn5Si3 structure type) has been established in the Zr-Li-Ge and Zr-Li-Sn systems at 470 K. The process of formation of these solid solutions is realized by a partial substitution of Li atoms for Zr atoms and insertion of Li atoms into holes at the 2(b):000 position.
