BESSIKALO T. Clinical, laboratory, ecological and hyhienic aspects of epidermal allergy in children with bronchial asthma.

The dissertation is devoted to the improving of diagnostics and therapy of bronchial asthma in children with epidermal sensibilization to cats and dogs allergens on the base of spreading and clinical and immunological peculiarities studying of epidermal allergy with medical and ecological investigations. The spreading of epidermal allergy in children with asthma, the role of pets at home and risk factors, diagnostical methods and their informativeness were established first time. We used a specific immunotherapy with epidermal cats and dogs allergens in the therapy of asthmatic children with sensibilization to these allergens. We make clinical and immunological base of this kind of therapy, worked out the schemes of conducting and evaluation of the specific immunotherapy results. We worked out practical recomendations of diagnostic, therapy and prophylactic of epidermal allergy in children on the base of clinics and anamnesis. Also we inserted therapy schemes in children with epidermal cats allergy, that allow to cure every child differentially and individually.
