Essay

. The dissertation is devoted to the questions of the valuations under the influence of polyethylene thermodestruction products upon the immune, breath, feminine reproductive systems of the organism. There has been carried out an analysis of changes of a number of clinical, laboratorial, morphologic and functional parameters. There were shown the development of the disbalance of the cell and humoral immunity, pointed out the possibility of the therapeutical correction. There has been detected the increased of the gynaecological disease, changes of the functions of the outer breath, a number of the bone patologie of those who work in the conditions of the professional contact with the polyethylene thermodestruction products, accompanied with the regular morphologic changes I the ovaries, overkidneys, lungs and bones of the experimental rats. There were ground the recommendations as to the early diagnostics of the changes mentioned.
