L.A. M. Clinico-biochemical peculiarities of the heart ischemic disease course in patients with chronic pyelonephritis.

In the thesis there were determined the peculiarities of clinical course, lipids peroxidation condition, hemocoagulation and endointoxication in different forms of IHD in patients with ChP which the anthor explaines by the rise of proinflammatory activity in ChP that stipulates for atypical dinamics of indexes of nonspecific immunoreactivity, inclination to disturbances of electrophysiological properties of myocardium. On the basis of analysis of dayly dynamics, circadian rhythms of heart (HR), arterial pressure (AP) on the results of Holter monitoring ECG and AP there were determined peculiarities of symptomatic aterial hypertension (AH) of renal genesis in ChP which are concentrated "monotonous" dynamics jf circadian indexes of HR, AP, measuring of indexes of sguare and time opf excess of sistolic and diastolic AP in the day time and at nigth in comparison with marked parametres in patients with IHD and essential AH, the author has worked out (according to Byess formular) and proposed a test-chartfor the diagnostics of AH genesis in patients with clinical symptomatics of IHD. The author has proposed the efferent metodics of influence on intoxicative markers and the system of hemocoagulation in patients with ChP with clinical symptomatics of IHD with the use of the inderect electrochemical oxidation of blood (IEChOB) method which leads to significant improving of indexes of endointoxication and promotes fast regression of symptomes of renal inflammation, i.e. considerably optimise the treatment of patient with IHD with ChP.
