Essay

The work is designed to study the influence of the Erbisol class preparations on functional activity of immunocompetent cells. There was determined the action of various Erbisol doses on functional activity of macrophage phagocytic linkage by secretion of IL-1? and TNF-?, of T-helpers type I (ThI) by their production of IL-2 and ?-IF. It was demonstrated first time that Erbisols foster the decrease in functional activity of T-helpers type II with production of such anti-inflammatory cytokines as IL-4 and IL-10. The determined effects of preparations were retained in vitro in the study of the immunocompetent cells of patients with chronic urogenital chlamydiosis.
