Essay

The experiments were performed on 55 Wistar rats and 125 C57BL mice. Quantitative cellular changes are realized due to proliferation and cell redistribution by cell cycle different phases, as well as by apoptosis and migration, which provides inter-organ redistribution of cells. It was first established that the development of acute cold stress includes bone marrow cell mobilization involving hematopoietic stem cells with CD34hi MNCs-phenotype. It is shown that under repeated stress the accumulation of effects from the sequential induction of several stress reactions does not occur. On the contrary, repetitive stress promotes the development of adaptation. It has been shown for the first time that adaptive anti-stress mechanisms during repetitive stress are enhanced by transplantation of multipotent mesenchymal stromal cells (MSCs) with subsequent suppression of gastric ulceration.
