The object are 138 patients with chronic exudative adhesive pericarditis and syndrome of heart failure; the aim is mining of diagnostic criteria, increase of efficiency of treatment; the methods - clinical, instrumental, biochemical tests, the new approach lies in creation of the mechanisms of development heart failure due to exudative adhesive pericarditis, method of differentiated treatment; the results - are developed complex of necessary diagnostic investigations, ensuring an opportunity of improvement of diagnostic and preventive work; all this thesis has been developed by training and medicine practice; the field is medicine.
