The object - 151 patients with the generalized parodontitis (GP). The aim - the increase of the effectiveness of the GP treatment on the basis of separate links of the pathogenesis study and the use of complex therapy of the drug "Beresh Plus Drops" and gel like paste "Syllardent-bio"; the methods - clinical, biochemical, roentgen and statistic; the novelty - the problem of generalized parodontitis pathogenesis and the appropriate use in complex therapy of drugs of micro- and macroelements have aquired the further development; the result - the disturbance of microelement and metallic enzyme exchange in the combination with the intensification of POL and the decrease of anbioxidant defance in blood and in patient's saliva have been established. The effectiveness of use Beresh Plus Drops in complex therapy of GP and also the use of dental paste "Syllardent-bio" has been proved. This is introduced into methodological practice and educational process too; the branch - medicine.
