Thesis is devoted to the analysis of organizational and legal bases of management in the sphere of advertising activity. Advertisement and advertising activity as an object of management are characterized; essence and the system of state management in the sphere of advertising activity are determined; legal grounds of management in this sphere are analyzed in this work. Analysis of management methods in the sphere of advertising activity, mechanism of control in this sphere are also carried out. Peculiarities of administrative responsibility for breaking common and obligatory rules of advertising activity and measures of their cessation are viewed. Concrete propositions and recommendations as to organizational and legal grounds of management in the sphere of advertising activity improvement are formulated.
