Рopovich E. Supervision and Control for Labor Legislation of Ukraine Observance.

Thesis is devoted to theoretical and practical problems of supervision and control for labor legislation observance. Peculi-arities of supervision and control for labor legislation observance have been researched. Normative and legal guaranteeing of super-vision and control for labor legislation observance has been ana-lyzed. Detailed characteristics of the theme, object and supervi-sion's subject, subject and stages of control activity for labor legis-lation of Ukraine observance have been given. Control subjects for labor legislation observance in their turn are different in character and nature control bodies, which have corresponding authority. Control principles, forms and methods for normative and legal acts' execution observance in the sphere of labor relations' regula-tion have been defined. Tendencies and ways of normative and le-gal guaranteeing control development in the sphere of labor legisla-tion observance have been also defined. Propositions, concerning changes and additions to stated problems bringing in legislation in force have been formulated.
