Essay

At clinico-psychopathologic research is established, that by major factors, which one influence shaping and the aggravation of mental disorders is activity and duration of illness. The rotined dependence of premorbidal and mental character traits on a hum noise of a somatic pathology from development of mental violations at miscellaneous stages of disease. The mental disorders find out in is disturbing - depressive (46,15 %), depressive (39,74 %) and hypochiondrial (14,11 %) syndromes, which one are reshaped per the maiden 5 years of illness. The designed new functions both method of diagnosing and forecasting of mental condition ill on a rheumatoid arthritis both principles psycho- and pharmacotherapy of mental disorders coherent with a somatic pathology, which one are used in rheumatological, traumatological and psychosomatic establishments of public health services.
