Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the impovement of the therapy of chronic gastroduodenal pathology of children on the basis of an estimation of the vegetative status and correction of the revealed infringements according to the results of the examination of 127 children at the age from 5 to 14 years old. The features of the vegetative гомеостаз of children with chronic diseases of digestive organs are examined using cardiointervalography, reoencyphalography, thermography research. The factors which influens on the formation of the vegetative disfunction of chronic gastroduodenal pathology are analyzed. It is proved that the children with the considered pathology have different levels of affection of the vegetative nervous system. The indications and contraindications for application of the developed physio the rapy of the patients are proved, taking into consideration the features of the state of vegetative nervous system.
