TThe dissertation is devoted by a question of increase of efficiency of therapy of diseases of bodies of breath with bronch obstructive syndrome at children of the first year of a life with hyperplasia of thymus on the basis of the differentiated purpose with prednizolonum a short rate in a combination with euphyllinum with monitoring levels theophyllinum wheys of blood, that promotes the greater stability of therapeutic levels theophyllinum to blood and normalization of the immunogram parameters, and the complex therapy added with these preparations, is effective and safe.
