Thesis is presented for defense in the form of manuscript, in which the results of treatment patients with bronchial asthma with complications in upper respiratory airways by specific immunovaccine Imudon and preformed natural factor Pilar-light are reflected. It was found out, that immunotropic therapy of patients with bronchial asthma by vaccine Imudon in complex with Pilar-light could raise the number of T-lymphocytes (from 47,5±1,2% to 56,7±1,9% with the norm 61,4±0,8%) and their functional activity in the reaction of blast transformation into nonspecific mytogenes: LM (from 15,9±1,2 i.s. to 25,1±1,2 i.s. with the norm 26,7±2,1 i.s.) and Kon-A in the concentration 20 mcg
