In the thesis there is introduced data about the experimental-clinical substantiations of application of combined therapy of an osteoarthritis on the basis of combined application of diclofenac and bioflavonoid quercetin, with the purpose of rising the effectiveness of treatment of this disease and warning of gastropathies, which one associates with the reception of nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drug. In experimental researches there was fixed medical and preventive effectiveness of quercetin concerning the warning of origin and faster regression of ulcers, and anabroses in rats, which arise under diclofenac. For rabbits with an experimental osteoarthrosis the application of diclofenac and quercetin normalize not only peroxide acidification of lipids, but also the activity of a collagenase. The same effect is exhibited by drugs on indexes of a metabolism of cartilage tissue in ill with an osteoarthrosis. Under the influence of diclofenac, quercetin, combined application of diclofenac and quercetin: pain and joint indexes, index of an oedema of joints, pain index (visual analogue scale) are diminished, and the merits life are also figured better. Combined therapy of the patients with diclofenac and quercetin is more efficient than monotherapy with these medicines. Diclofenac within three week peroral application causes ulcers, dyspeptic syndrome for of the patients with osteoarthritis. In the group of patients, who were treated with diclofenac and quercetin simultaneously, the ulcers and dyspetic phenomenon arose considerably less often.
