Essay

Erythrocytes, polymorphonuclear leucocytes of whole blood of healthy people and splenоcytes of rats. Revealing of peculiarities of the surface potential (SP) response of human blood cells to action of ligands of adenylate cyclase system and eicosanoid metabolism under influence of small ionizing radiation doses. It has been established that efficient doses of b-radiation (14C and 90Sr) reducing the surface potential of the cells are doses 1 mGy for and 0,5 mGy accordingly. It has been revealed, that the response of SP of erythrocytes and leukocytes on modifiers of sensory link of adenylate cyclase system changes under the influence of effective dose of b-radiation depending on type of cells. It has been elucidated, that adenylate cyclase system and eicosanoids metabolism may be involved in action of small radiation doses on the surface potential of blood cells. Sphere of use - bioorganic chemistry, biochemistry.
