The dissertation examines the theoretical and practical aspects of the formation of the effective mechanism of interaction of transitive economy with transnational corporations in the terms of globalization. The positive and negative consequences of transnational corporations' activity in economy of the countries with transitive economy, including Ukraine are systemized. Directions of state regulation of activity transnational corporations in Ukraine, formation of an attractive investment climate for TNCs are determined and grounded in view of priorities of development of national economy.
