Glotova H. Legal regulation of transactions concerning the ground areas in Ukraine

Dissertation devoted to questions of legal regulation of the conclusion and performance of ground transactions in Ukraine at the present stage. Experience of the countries with market economy testifies that the revolution of the ground areas is adjustable and is carried out in the certain limits which are established by the legislation. It is marked, that legal regulation of transactions with the ground is necessary attribute of a civilized society. Concepts and legal attributes of ground transactions, their role in realization of land reform and becoming of the ground market are analyzed. The organizational - legal mechanism of regulation of the ground market, including ground transactions, and also by parity of norms of the civil and ground right in regulation of ground transactions is investigated. The parity of norms of the civil and ground low in regulation of ground transactions is analyzed therefore as the system of legal regulation of transactions with the ground in Ukraine is based both on civil norms, and on norms of the ground low. Also brought specific proposals concerning improvement of the legislation of Ukraine about the ground market in general and ground transactions in particular.
