The object of study - the research of Ukrainian airlines commercial activity efficiency in conditions of the international airline traffic commercialization. Using the principles of the system analysis, the concept of the airline commercial activity organization in new economic conditions is formulated, methodical recommendations on adaptation to requirements of ICAO system calculations of the airline commercial activity basic parameters are developed and the unified technique of tariffs definitions for air routes of any complexity is offered.
