The dissertation is described to results of research of the role of ecologo-trofic groups microorganisms (sulphate-reducing, denitrifying, iron-restoring, ammonifying bacteria, microfungi) in biodeterioration of steel in conditions polluted chernozem of pesticides (simazin, linuron, ramrod, DNOK, gexilur), search of effective inhibitors-biocides among nitrogencontaining heteroсyclic derivatives which obtained on the bases of pesticide ramrod (N1-isopropyl-N1-phenyl-2-chloroacetamide). It is defined intensive development of sulphate-reducing bacteria in ferrosphere of steel 45 (zone of soil that contacts with surface of steel) and stimulation of deterioration of steel, the influence of pesticides to the kinetic figures of corrosion process. High sensitive of sulphate-reducing bacteria to derivatives of bases of pesticide ramrod: tiazoles substances, p-bromophenoxyl derivative and substances with quarter nitrogen - pyridine salts and bicharge substance (bis-quarter salt of diazoniabicyclo[2.2.2]octane) it is settled for the first time. The most effective biocide to association of sulphate-reducing bacteria is been proved quarter salt stirilpyridinium, to cultures Desulfovibrio indonensis - are explored tiasol structures. It is shown that the sulphate-reducing bacteria are not sensitive to hinazolons, tioethers of bensol, tetrasol, threeasol, imidasoles. To depress the development of the iron-restoring all discovered are been proved appeared to be non effective. The protective effect of biocides was evaluated on microbial deterioration of steel in presence of microorganisms of soil (water extracts from soil) and in the cultures of corrosion-actives of sulphate-reducing bacteria. It is settled that kinetic characteristic of growth of association sulphate-reducing bacteria in presence of bases of pesticide ramrod and inhibitors-biocides. The substances, which have been study, can be recommended together with another substances-biocides of the sulphate-reducing bacteria.
