Object of research: patients with chronic diffuse liver diseases different etiology. The aim of research: improvement of diagnostics chronic diffuse liver diseases for definition of adequate medical tactics and forecasting of their current by studying diagnostic value 13C-methacetin breath test. Theoretical results, practical significance and novelty: the new way for an estimation of function of a liver at an endocellular level which allows to distinguish disease at an early stage at absence of the expressed clinical display of illness for the first time is investigated and to define a degree of defeat structure of organ. Effect of using: on the basis of the lead researches was work up and the modern approach of inspection of patients with chronic diffuse liver diseases by using of the most informative methods of the inspection adapted to concrete clinical groups is introduce in practice.
