Savchyn M. Constitutional Court of Ukraine as Guarantor of Constitutional Build.

In this work the actual problems of ensuring constitutional build of Ukraine along place and role of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine in ensuring the constitutional build are regarded. The constitutional build is analyzed in its different manifestations such as its contents and form. The constitutional build expresses political integration and social unity of the institutes of civil society end public power. As a public powerful institute, the Constitutional Court of Ukraine has a special place among the guarantors of the constitutional build, since this body regards the constitutional legal disputes on the basis of law and justice. The Constitutional Court is a specialized body of judicial power, which secures the supremacy of the Constitutional all over the territory of Ukraine, therefor it, is regarded as the body of constitutional justice. Applying special procedure to the constitutional disputes, the body of constitutional justice provides regulation and stabilization of constitutional legal relations by legal methods, fulfils the function of reconciliation and arbitrage in the society and state.
