Essay

The dissertation is aimed at studying early consequences after gastric resection due to complicated ulcer disease using (on the new methodological approach). Different clinical courses of postgastroresection disease as separate nosologic entities in early terms after gastric resection due to ulcer disease have been specified. They include, the involvement of the stomach stump and other organs of digestive system in the pathologic process.Basing on this, new principles of complex differential step-treatment of patients in early terms after gastric resection due to ulcer disease, are formulated. Besides practical recommendation for pathogenetically proved treatment of disorders which developed in patients in early terms after gastric resection due to ulcer disease have been elaborated.
