The research presented focuses on moral and philosophical issues, peculiarities of psychologism, poetics and style of Christina Rossetti's poetical heritage in the context of Pre-Raphaelitism and Tractarianism as the most essential aesthetic and spiritual phenomena of the Victorian Age. Objective and historically proven characteristics of Christina Rossetti's creative activity and its apprehension in modern critical interpretation are given. Typological coincidences and peculiarities of her poetry and Pre-Raphaelite aesthetics are revealed and generalized. Semantic and poetological features of Christina Rossetti's poetical narratives and lyrics are analysed as compared to depicting-verbal paradigm of D.G.Rossetti's and W.Morris's works. Cross-typological relationship of Pre-Raphaelite poetry and arts is also ascertained.
