. Subject of research: activity of home commercial banks at the market of bringing in and placing bank resources. Objective of the research: theoretical ground, development of methodical approaches and practical recommendations, directed on the rise of efficiency management by the financial resources of commercial banks due to the balanced conducting of active-passive operations of bank and the proper forming of credit and deposit percents of commercial bank. Methods of research: theoretical generalization and comparison, statistical and graphic analysis, systems and complex approach, formalization and economical and mathematical design.
