Kolotvina L. Complex therapy of essential hypertension in women with climacteric syndrome in family physician's practice.

In this work methods of complex therapy of essential hypertension are grounded of women with climacteric syndrome during application of enalapril, EKSO in comparison with monotherapy of enalapril were shown by dynamics of indexes of myocardial bioelectrical activity, internal and central haemodinamics, facts of daily monitor of blood pressure. Dissertation research based on the clinical investigations of 105 patients of ages 45-60 with essential hypertension and with climacteric syndrome compared with 20 women without of climacteric syndrome. Depending on the therapy the examining patients were divided into 2 groups. In every group depending of the climacteric syndrome heaviness, were picked out the patients with "light", "middle" and "heavy" degree of heaviness. It was established that the severity of climacteric syndrome correlates with heaviness of essential hypertension, with considerable wavering of arterial pressure during 24 hours, and data of clino-orthostatics test, changing of daily outline of arterial pressure. It was established that monotherapy of enalapril caused to the reduction of the average daily extent of blood pressure but it doesn't influence on appearance of the climacteric syndrome. Complex usage of enalapril and EKSO is regreses of climacteric syndrome appearance mainly in the patients with "light" and "middle" extens, improvement of the repolarisation processes, a tendency to stabilisation of daily outline of arterial pressure, an improvement of the testimony of phosphorus-calcium metabolism exchange. The testimonies are developed for differentiated use EKSO in complex with enalapril depending on extent of climacteric syndrome, an extent of blood pressure and clinical tendency of essential hypertension.
