Object - operation of controllers in Air Traffic System in emergency situations. Objective - increasing of efficiency of air traffic control in emergency situations by means of elaboration of controllers' readiness level automated control models and algorithms. Methods - technical reliability theory, set theory, graph theory, fuzzy sets theory, mathematical logic, expert estimation mathematics-statistical method. Scientific novelty - elaboration of theoretical and practical basis of composing of controllers' readiness level automated diagnosis and control models and algorithms in emergency situations. Proposed models and algorithms are applied at creation of intelligent modules of complex simulators.
