The dissertation is devoted to the issues of efficiency increase in pressing processes and usage of porous powder materials, upgrading the model of porous medium compacting from the positions simultaneous consideration of continual and contact theories, research of stressed-strained state and porous medium properties, which in aggregate represent new, scientifically substantiated development in the field of porous powder materials making. Usage of these materials facilitates solving an important problem, which is creation of effective technologies, equipment and instrument for commodity goods production on the basis of metals and ceramics.
