Object of the study - processes of information transmission in telecommunicational channels of the automated systems of information processing and control. The purpose of the work is the development of the dataware for the processes of improvement of telecommunicational channels of the automated systems of information processing and control by making the models, algorithms and program products, adapted to problem of the improvement of telecommunication channels with clearly determined functional possibilities. The study is based on information-structure method and dialogue process of the interaction of person - computer in the process of improvement of channels of information transmission. System approach and formalization when forming the structures of device were used, which are improved, modeling, analysis and synthesis, abstracting when developing models of channels and their elements. Data logical provision for decision making is executed with the use of the positions ofstatistical radio mechanics, theory of signals and chains, theory of chances, theory of the coding. When developing algorithms and program modules methods of algorithmization and programming are used. The results of the functioning are introduced in the manner of package of the applied programs.
