Essay

The thesis deals with the diagnostics and elaboration of the diagnostic criteria of revealing the bronchial asthma in early age children with the first episodes of bronchoobstructive syndrome, the estimation of attack prognosis and prospective efficiency of medical treatment of children with bronchial asthma. The laboratory findings revealed a disorder in the cellular link of immune status of patients with bronchial asthma, which manifested with the increase of CD4+ lymphocytes and the decrease of CD8+ lymphocytes. The children with bronchial asthma manifested with the reduction of oxygen-dependent metabolism of blood eosinophils. The constellational table for differential diagnostics of bronchial asthma with the first episodes of bronchoobstructive syndrome was created on the basis of our received results.
